Whether it’s a boss or a coworker, some people need to have it their way. It might be annoying to have a controlling boss, but it’s way worse if you’re dealing with a team-member who’s on your same level. Control freaks are often tightly-wound and exacting about their work expectations. They might be efficient and accomplished, but nobody wants to deal with the constant demands.
