Making daily to-do lists can not only help you be efficient at work, but can also help you the night before. Studies show that planning out tomorrow’s desired achievements can help to clear the mind before sleep, which in turn can give you more energy to accomplish said goals. You may also want to try incorporating automatic reminders of the day’s goals at your desk. Add your to-dos to your calendar or even the notepad you already keep by your computer. Check them off as you go along for an added sense of accomplishment.
