How do you handle conflict?
One of the greatest indicators on your ability to be an executive is not what you do when business is good, but what you can contribute when business is bad. One of the most important managerial skills to posses is the ability to diffuse potential conflict. The employer is looking to see if you are a person who will be able to appropriately handle the conflict, or if you are a person who creates it.
