Reduce your Stress

If your doctor told you that your blood pressure is high because you’re too stressed out, than limiting the amount of stress you endure daily is not only important, but critical to your overall health.

Find what works for you. Usually disengaging for 5 to 10 minutes will allow you to reapproach a situation with a clear head, even if it’s stressful. For some people, things like yoga or meditation work. For others, letting off steam at the gym or through a creative medium is the way to go.
