The life of an event planner is exciting, but it can get overwhelming when one is planning multiple events at a time. Like any millennial in a time of crisis, you can turn to the App Store as your savior. Here are 10 top apps for event planners.

1. Google Drive

Drive is the easest app to use on this list given that you already have an account if you have a Gmail address. The Google Drive app itself lets you see all of your folders, while the docs, sheets, presentations, and drawings app allows you to see and create these specific types of files. These apps are free and save your work to the cloud. It also has a sharing feature that makes collaboration painless.

2. Pingg

Pingg is an app for creating paperless invitations. The free version gives the user a free design for their invitation, an event page, and up to 75 guests. The best option for event planners to give Pingg a try is the single-use plan, which costs $10 per use. This plan gives the user 1 premium design, an ad-free event page, a custom URL, a digital envelope, and room for up to 2500 guests.

If you find these features useful, then you can get the “Party Pro” plan for $70 per year. This gives you an unlimited amount of all the features mentioned above, as well as 5 free postal cards and 20% off of postal purchases.

3. Punchbowl

Punchbowl is essentially the same thing as Evite but revamped for the mobile generation. This app, available for both Apple and Android, allows users to design and send online invitations from their mobile device for free.

4. Purpletrail

Purpletrail is the go-to app for designing the perfect invitation. It is free to use, but it does cost you to get your invitations printed. This cost varies based on the extent of your design.

The cool thing about Purpletrail is you can use it to create all sorts of promotional items for your event. Some examples include mugs, banners, posters, buttons, and calendars.
