Describe how you’ve dealt with an upset customer.
Admin assistants, especially at smaller companies, may double as customer service reps. If you don’t have any direct previous experience with customers, talk about an experience with an irate internal customer (a.k.a. an employee) and how you worked to solve the “customer’s” problem.
