Doing small, rewarding things for yourself throughout the day can have a noticeable effect on your mood. Stock your desk drawer with your favorite healthy snack (and just one serving a day of your favorite unhealthy snack; eating too many Oreos can have the opposite effect on your mood and health), order your favorite meal to your office on Fridays, keep motivational notes to yourself hidden throughout your cubicle, and so forth.
