There’s no shame in quitting a job. Though in some aspects we are hard-wired not to actively seek out failure, leaving a job should not always be looked at as a misstep in life. For several reasons, it is very important that we work in a safe, happy, rewarding, and positive atmosphere, and workplaces and jobs which fail to bring us more benefits than headaches should not be held on too. That being said, not everyone has the luxury of being able to quit a job, due to financial necessity, access to affordable insurance, or other factors.
