Chronic Stress & Related Health Issues: Many industries are incredibly demanding, requiring tenuous meetings with clients, really insane hours, frequent impending deadlines, and other stressors. For many, these kinds of pressures are exciting and manageable but for others, they can take a drastic toll on health. Stress-related ailments like high blood pressure, heart attacks, insomnia, and depression are totally unnecessary in life, and if you can avoid having a serious problem by leaving your job, you could quite literally be saving yourself future agony.
