What projects have you managed? How did it go?

This ties into the previous question–but is more specific to any projects that you may have personally overseen. Try to highlight where you took initiative, whether it be in the conceptualizing of a new operation or a strategy behind the launch of a project. The employer wants to make sure you’re worth the price tag, so being able to launch and manage your own campaign is truly something beneficial.
