Why should we hire you?
The big question. This encompasses all the questions asked before and is where you need to sell yourself. Think about all the things that you talked about previously, and try to identify what you can bring to the table that the corporation is currently lacking. It’s important to be concise here so that you don’t trail off into a tangent. Try to identify one or two of your core competencies, and translate that into day-to-day operations.
Ultimately, having an intimate knowledge of the job and industry you are applying to will give you enough knowledge to answer these questions easily. If you went through this list and can’t answer some of the questions, formulate a rough answer before the interview so you have an idea of what to talk about.
